Is the V Star 650 in good condition?
Vance & Hines pipes and saddle bags. Yes it has been painted to the flat black. Nice used condition with a few paint chips on fender edges & 1 on the gas tank as shown in picture. Tips of fenders are painted black to cover some of this by the previous owner. Seat lowered bike with risers added to the handle bars for extra comfortable ride.
