I don’t have a JK, but have seen this issue in other Mopar vehicles. If it’s not making any sounds trying to unlock/lock, and it’s all doors not working, it normally comes down to the fuse or the TIPM module itself. TIPMs can unfortunately be an expensive fix.

I never lock my doors with the key fob, but always lock it with the door button. You did not mention whether the door button to lock the doors worked or not. I would think that if the door button locks the doors, then it is not the TIPM but the remote key module which is separate.
Why does my Sentry Key not work on my Jeep Wrangler?
In my opinion this is something for a dealer to handle. The reason is that the keys have to be recognized not only by the remote keyless module, but also the sentry key module to start the Jeep. The latter seems to be working. The keys have to be programmed to both modules.
Is there a way to test electric door locks?
Thread moved. If the fuse checks out, there have been some issues with the Wireless Control Modules. That should be ruled out after the fuse. Both of my keys still operate the alarm and will open the door locks after they have been manually locked…is there a method for me to test these modules ?
