I figured it out today.
- Pull up the load floor.
- Remove the 8 push pins securing the bottom of the seat back fabric.
- There is a plastic cap covering the center pivot for the two seat backs.
- Remove the exposed fastener.
- At the outside pivot points, there is a round plastic cover.
