At 120 you can do a daily repeatable quest to max out Noble mind as Mihile. My reboot Mihile is 136 and has Noble Mind at 5/6. Cygnus Arkarium isn’t very hard. For other people who see this post, it is not true that at level 120 one can continue to do quests.
