Press and hold the closing button in the tailgate until you hear a tone. The opening angle limiter is switched on. The tailgate will now stop in the saved position when opening. If you do not hear a tone, it was not possible to save the position.

But, there is an option for “easy pack” open/close tailgate. If your car has this option, you should have a button on the key that will open and close the tailgate by remote control (be careful so you don’t ram it into a low ceiling ). The key button is “press-and-hold” to open tailgate.
