What’s the difference between stock and short shifter?
The shifting is a bit notchier than stock, but MUCH shorter. Shifts feel more firm. I need to change my tranny fluid so that may be part of the reason for the notchiness. Definitely an upgrade any 6MT owner should do. I bought the Comptech kit, but they’re really the same thing. The install was a pain.
