You can search for outstanding toll trips by entering your licence plate number and state of registration or, if you prefer, you can also enter the toll notice number to view details of outstanding toll trips. For toll notices prior to 2018, you will need to contact our call centre on 13 18 65 for further payment.

How do I find my ETAG account number?
Your tag number is the unique 10 to 12-digit serial number printed on your tag device. To find a list of all your tag numbers, log in to your account and select Tags from the menu. If you want to transfer a toll invoice or notice to your account, you’ll need your tag number.

How does Etoll work NSW?
You can drive through toll collection points without stopping and your toll will be automatically charged to your Account. You can set up a pass up to 30 days before you travel or up to 3 days (72 hours) after you travel on a NSW toll road.

Can I use my ETAG in another car NSW?
No. You can only use one Tag in a vehicle at any one time. You must ensure you add / link your licence plate number to your Account. If you have multiple tags, make sure you only use one tag in a vehicle at any one time or you may be charged twice (or multiple times) for each trip.
What is e tolling system?
A: E-Toll gantries use Open Road Tolling (ORT), which is a multi-lane free flow electronic tolling system that allows for tolls to be collected without vehicles having to stop or slow down, i.e. there are no physical toll booths on the highways (e-roads).
Can I get an ETAG at Service NSW?
If your Transport for NSW E-Toll tag is faulty due to a battery or technical problem, you can take it to a service centre and replace it free of charge. If you replace a tag at a Service Centre, you will no longer receive the physical tag over the counter.
What is ETag number?
An ETag is an opaque identifier assigned by a Web server to a specific version of a resource found at a URL. If the resource representation at that URL ever changes, a new and different ETag is assigned.
Is E-toll and Linkt the same?
The technology had different names depending on the issuer, such as Breeze (Eastlink Melbourne), Linkt (Transurban, includes former names E-way and go via), and E-toll (Transport for NSW). However, these are all interchangeable across Australia and no surcharges apply for use on other operators’ toll roads.
