How can I fix this caller can hear me well?

The caller can hear me well but there is only a very faint which is inaudible sound back. I have gone to all the settings but it does not change anything. How can I fix this?

When I turn my speaker on, then they can hear me and if I turn off the speaker (after turning it on) they can hear me as well. It happens to different callers. I have tried wiping cache and clearing data in Apps>SIM Toolkit, but the fix is only temporary and the problem will come back after a while.
