Why does the fuel pump not work on Honda Civic?

Forgot to add that when a crankshaft sensor fails the PCM will automatically keep the injectors from injecting fuel on some cars. The fuel pump will sometimes still work and the pressure is good and all but the injectors will not work unless the PCM is recieving a signal from the crank sensor. 13 people found this helpful.
