Do suede protectors work?

How long does it take for Carbon Pro to dry?
Normally, the glitter would be all over my hands after touching them, but after a few sprays of this the glitter has stayed on and waterproofed the leather under the glitter/foil part on top. All it took was spraying the shoes three times and letting them air dry for 24 hours.
Is suede high maintenance?
Some people think suede shoes are too delicate and need babying, but in actuality, if you know how to take care of them, they’re easier to maintain than regular calf. You don’t have to condition, polish, or wax them every couple of weeks, after all.
Can suede be waterproofed?
Suede is not a waterproof material. However, you can waterproof your suede so it can withstand a little winter and a little rain. Still, you should avoid walking in heavy rain or cleaning the material with a lot of water.

Generally speaking, yes, suede will not ruin if it gets wet. You don’t have to put back your suede shoes because it is raining or snowing outside. In fact, when washing suede (or nubuck), you should dampen the whole shoe to clean it, so suede can definitely get wet.

How do you use collonil?
Wipe the area with a damp cloth to remove surface dirt. Press pump, apply foam to a cloth and spread evenly onto stain. Leave for around 15 minutes to allow Clean & Care to absorb dirt and stains from the surface of the material. Wipe away excess foam with a damp cloth.
Does suede need to be conditioned?
As nubuck and suede don’t generally need to be conditioned, they will practically care for themselves, and take little effort to look absolutely fabulous.
