No. Overweight tickets do not affect your CSA. Initially when the program began, it counted similar to an unsecured cargo ticket…but that was changed pretty quick and overweight tickets no longer count.

I drive a smooth-bore tank I have been told by a few drivers with this company that if you are overweight on one axle they’ll let you go as long as you aren’t over-gross. The reason being they know that it will move so its unfair and impossible to calculate. Also with stationary axles they know it can’t be fixed. Is this true?
