Did inforce discontinue the APL?
John Blais‎INFORCE I was told by Inforce that they have in fact discontinued the APLc.

Overall a solid choice for an AR platform. This light fits great, has convenient access to the switch and has multiple modes including strobe. It’s bright enough at 800 lumens to serve the purpose and at a fraction of the cost of the Surefire platform (which I really like).

4.0 out of 5 stars Great light, but beam not focusable. It puts out a lot of IR light, but the beam is very wide angle and only casts about 30 yards. If you are looking for great short range illumination, this is great, but, if you want to used it for longer distance work, it just doesn’t have enough throw.
