So I recently replaced my clutch plates and fibres and finally had a chance to ride the bike. Upon start up, I let the bike warm up, held clutch in and then put the bike into gear, and it immediately jumped and stalled. It keeps doing it and I can’t ride the bike. The clutch has been bled properly with 0 bubbles.

Nope. Can’t roll it in gear with the engine off. It’s a wet clutch system. Always had to warm the bike up thoroughly to be able to push it when shut off. Basket was already checked for grooves and wear and is fine.
Can you push a bike around in gear?
Bike is a 2011 KTM 530 EXC. With the bike shut off can you push it around in gear with the clutch pulled in? I would pull the clutch and soak the fibers. With everything pulled out check the basket for grooves or damage. UK for now. I was having the same issue. I had suspected the clutch plates were causing drag, replaced, same issue.

This post is not being displayed . When I initially start up the bike and drop from neutral to first, the engine stalls pretty much every time. It only happens once and then I can drop down to first with no problems during a ride.

My friend used to have this problem, when he used to do cold starts hed fire his bike up then apply the back brake, hed then rev the engine grab the clutch and put it into gear, it would make a big clunk but then be fine for the rest of the day.
