My Youview box is stuck with red light, unable to enter maintenance mode. Model is DTR-T4000. The box was working fine until this morning when it won’t wake up from standby. So I followed the BT web site resetting instructions, but unable to get into maintenance mode to reset box. Anyone come across the same issue?
