I had the same issue with my MY2014 Grand Cherokee Laredo. The reverse camera simple stopped working and problem coincided with me blowing the 20A cigarette lighter fuse (Fuse F93 in the fuse panel under the bonnet/hood/engine bay) when using the cigarette lighter to run a 12V to 240V inverter to charge my laptop battery.

Follow-up The salesman went over many of the touch screen features before we signed. After a 5 minute demonstration of several settings; GPS, Radio memory, Bluetooth pairing etc no problems were evident. We moved on to other things. As it turns out this problem is a known issue and is supposedly being addressed by the people at Uconnect.
