Yes they are the same deminsions as the yj doors but like you said the strikers are diffarent.

Premium Member. The full doors – no. The windshield on the TJ is angled back more than on a YJ. For the same reason the hard top from a YJ will not fit either – it’s a little over an inch longer.

simple answer is no. it is not a bolt in application. because you need the TJ latch assemblies which are part of the tub on a TJ. the YJ ones literally just unbolt.

No, but stuff made for a tj will fit on a tj without any modifications.
