What should I do if my Land Rover stalls?
Check basic tune state: timing, cap, rotor, ignition wires and fuel filter. Check for any vacuum leaks. Remove the air intake hose and inspect the throttle plate and housing for dirt and carbon. Clean with an air intake and throttle housing cleaner or a good grade of carburetor choke cleaner reinstall intake hose and any other parts removed.

I have one question though, Do all of you LR3 owners notice when you come to a stop, and then go to accelerate, the transmission delays to catch gear, and then does a violent jerk? thanks! i have had a little bit of it a few times, but i find if i take a smooth initial take up on the throttle it is fine.
