Why is water coming inside my car?
One of the most common causes of water dripping inside the car is because of a clogged drain. If the evaporator drain becomes restricted, the water backs up in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) case. Sometimes if excess water remains in the case, some of it can blow out of the AC vents.

I own a 2010 S80 that would leak water into car along top edge of the front glass windshield or in a heavy downpour. The dealer said the roof drains were the problem and recommended a pricey $600 repair kit. Also, they recommended running fishliine down the drain to unclog the left and right drain.
Why is the inside of my Volvo glass wet?
Water running down the inside of glass on both driver’s and passenger’s side. Carpeting is wet. Evemn saw water inside of dome light. Didn’t bother taking to dealer because I didn’t want to give them the pleasure of giving me a ridiculous quote to fix an inexcusable defect.
