Why is my Def countdown still 100% empty?
I had just left MB on a new DEF service and figured they filled DEF and cleared the countdown, they did neither. The sprinter left 100% empty on DEF and the countdown was already half used up. After this I do not want to ever be immobilized again.

Is there a code scanner reset for Def 20 Start count down?
The sprinter left 100% empty on DEF and the countdown was already half used up. After this I do not want to ever be immobilized again. What scanner is out there at consumer level pricing that clears or resets started count down. I have seen 2 on amazon, but neither have confirmed ability to clear starter immobilization function.

What does it mean if there is no DEF system?
No working def system (after what I thought it was 10 starts) = towtruck. Although hard to believe, but there are vast numbers of highways where there are no Walmarts, Truck Stops, MB Dealers or any other DEF retailers close at hand.
