Super affordable, great people, a nice town to live in, and many opportunities with the massive city of Houston nearby. Pasadena can be either a blessing or a curse. North of Spencer Highway, the properties tend to be in worse shape, and there is not much to do. I often hear gunshots in my neighborhood.
