No matter what, the vents blow room temperature air out. When the problem first started happening, occasionally restarting the car would fix it. Now, even that doesn’t seem to help. Out of the blue, our 2015 Rogue heat stopped working this morning, fan blowing cold air, heat turned up to max.. Just out of warranty by 2 months and 4000 miles.

When the valve opens it sends hot coolantthrough the hoses, into the heater core and air is blown over it providing hot air inside the cabin.
