Pull out and re-set the DIC fuse. It’s i the fuse box under the hood. This solution worked for me.Kind of funny the DIC was still working but all the guages weren’t.

What should I do if my Porsche door lock is not working?
Perhaps a dealer with a Porsche diagnistic computer could pin the problem down to the precise part by acutating the locking system components one component at a time and look for what piece triggers a fault. Otherwise, I would replace the door lock if I didn’t want to spend money paying someone to run further diagnostics.
What causes the cluster gauges to stop working?
In one of the youtube videos I watched, the guy mentioned that there are also three small surface mount resistors that control power to the entire cluster, and his were causing the entire gauge cluster to go dead. He reflowed them and corrected the issue. I had a issue pretty similar to this as well.
