Why does my Kia Sorento stop playing music?
Share it! The navigation unit in the Kia Sorento may suddenly stop playing audio from all speakers. This includes sound from CD players, radio, navigation, satellite radio, and telephone calls. All other features may still function properly. This fault requires no parts replacement, and is a software glitch that can be rectified by a ‘hard reset’.

2016 sorento wont crank, no click or any sound when key is turned. All electrical components work inside the cabin and had the battery tested it is good. Tried cranking with it in neutral and still nothing.

Best answer (according to Ciao!) Took it to Kia they replaced the starter inhibitor switch and replaced the recall items of the Kia Sorento, since then no problems so far.
