Where does the AC blow out in the front?
AC does not blow out from vents in the front. My front air does not blow out (it works in the back). I changed the blower relay in the fuse box next to the battery and put in a new blower fan under the glove box but it still does not blow air out in the front.
Why is my front blower not blowing air?
Front was not blowing air only the rear. The dealer said it was a modulator. 462.00 to get it fixed. Having the same problem, Front blower goes off with AC and rear fan still on when Idle for more than 15 mins and outside temp above 85 degrees or so. Otherwise no problems.

How can I get AC to blow out of vents?
Used tin sheers to cut around the tracing leaving enough space to accomodate the weld mix. I scuffed the cavity and drilled 1/8 inch holes in the cavity and the other broken half piece. Used 4 minute JB Weld with extra hardner and filled the cavity and held both halves together then added the weld all around.
