The best way to play all 3 of these games is to just buy them and play them on their launch systems. That is, SH1 on PS1, and SH2 and 3 on PS2. SH1 is on PS3 and Vita as PS1 classic, and that too is an authentic experience, and how I played SH1 for the first time. Second best option would be PC Emulation.
