What to do if your central locking system is not working?
If the fuse does not do it, take a picture of the unit and mark and number all the lines going to the unit. Open the Unit and see if the motor is burnt. (won’t turn) Look into the back of the motor with a light. If it looks burnt, you’ll need to remove it.

Is there a solution to the central locking problem?
If you are getting a lot of water inside the door (and it looks like you are) then that is a problem only solved by having the strip replaced OR there is also the possibility that the window guides are worn so that the window is no longer snug against the strip. Does your window bind at all when your raise/lower it?
