The runeforge is in Icecrown Citadel as well as Acherus The Ebon Hold. The one in Acherus is on the lower floor against the SE wall, looks like a giant skull with an open mouth.
Does unending thirst stack?
Just tested this as frost DW, the 5% run speed does NOT stack, and when you kill a target you get healed twice but only 1 haste/run speed buff.
