Sometimes P0341 can happen at the same time as P1009. The strainer is somewhere close to the PS pump because Honda indicates removal of the pump and tensioner to access he strainer. Sorry but I’ve never had it off myself but the pic I have shows a small plate held on to the engine with 2 bolts. Hope that helps a bit.
