What is the pilot screw on a Suzuki drz125?
The pilot jet isn’t drilled, it’s the fuel/air adjust screw that’s blanked off with a brass cap. In the manual that beamishnz put up, Suzuki calls it the pilot screw:naughty: That’ll lead to confusion… kinda like the needle and needle jet, too close to the same title.
How tall should a DRZ 125 CARB be?
These instructions do not apply to all DRZ 125 Carbs. First the Pilot screw in the instructions does not apply to my 2003 carb…its not a scew…no adjustment to me made. Second, the float height adj.. The instuctions say .74″…I adjusted mine to this and it cut the fuel off completely….. I would say the height should be about .60″ to .65″.
Why does my DRZ suspension not work properly?
The reason for this is that suspension components wear out with use and the least little bit of dirt in the suspension can clog up the valve stack, and then no matter what you do externally the suspension just will not work correctly.
