A neighbourhood police centre (NPC) is a small to mid-sized police station commonly found in Singapore. It was first introduced during the mid-1990s to replace the Singapore Police Force’s Neighbourhood Police Post (NPP) system. Its concept of community policing is similar to the kōban system in Japan.
