What happens when you get a high voltage electric shock?
Current path is hard to define. Some electric shocks are felt as a spasm of the whole arm or leg. High frequency high voltage can result in a couple of black holes in your palm, with a discernible carbonized track under the skin joining the holes. The burn path was not straight, though.
Can a high voltage shock cause a black hole?
Your skin is more of an insulator than inner tissues. Current path is hard to define. Some electric shocks are felt as a spasm of the whole arm or leg. High frequency high voltage can result in a couple of black holes in your palm, with a discernible carbonized track under the skin joining the holes. The burn path was not straight, though.
What causes a low O2 sensor voltage signal?
Excess oxygen in the form of regular ambient air will send the O2 sensor voltage signal low (under 0.450 volts) and lack of it will send the voltage signal high (over 0.450 volts). A stuck open EGR valve will create a lack of oxygen in the exhaust, since the re-circulating exhaust has all its oxygen already burnt.
What causes a high voltage feed back in a mobile home?
Roy, your getting a voltage feed-back due to one line that has been lost. Also, keep in mind that in Mobile Home Parks they have a 4-wire system, where the ground and the neutral are Isolated and this will explain why the high reading on the neutral to the ground, which is again due to the loss of one of the incoming main lines.
Why do I get incorrect voltage feed back?
One of the main incoming lines has a loose or burnt connection (my guess is L2 because L1 to N reading is correct) or you have an Open Neutral, which could be a loose or burnt connection as well. Roy, your getting a voltage feed-back due to one line that has been lost.

Why does my alternator have too much volt?
More than about 1/10 volt says there’s a “grounding” issue. Otherwise it is likely the alternator’s regulator. Take it to a parts dealer and they can generally check it. The ground seems fine, way less than 1/10th of a volt between the alt casing and the negative terminal.
