How did neighbors make their back yard private?
The neighbors just cemented their whole back yard including the entire back easement. They made it 2 different levels higher than their inground pool giving us all their water on one side of their yard and also it made our 6 foot fence no longer private. How frustrating!! Talking to the city was useless.
