Supposedly the pistons in them dont get enough oil from the oil injector and blows them up just like the 03-04 artic cat 440. Haven’t heard about any problems with Doo’s 550’s. Never seen/heard of one blown up either. Their pretty reliable engines from what I’ve seen.
