Is there a problem with the Kia Rio starter?
I really think there is a Factory defect in the 2912 and 2013 Kia Rio. This explains the low price. After reading these posts-I am convinced that the starter in 2012 and 2013 is defective. I had a 2001 PT Cruiser and I didn’t have any problems with it Sold it in 2015 to upgrade.

All steering joints are ok, have replaced steering fluid with recommended fluid and it’s going to be expensive to replace steering box when i don’t know if it would fix the issue.
