according to a fellow customer that went to the dealership recently told me that the reason why the VSC off and ETS lights are on and blinking is because it might be a sensor issue because whenever the check engine light turns on usually it will automatically disable the traction control.

turn car on. Press the bakes (enough to make the tail lights come on, not all they way) and release 8 times. Once you have done it enough times the display will change to “VSC DIAG OK” Remember to remove jumper wire when done. I needed to do this after changing my brake pads caused this error to flag. Very neat.
