Is the brake light blinking ON MY 2012 Outback?
My 2012 Outback 2.5i Premium had the CEL, CC flashing, brake light blinking, etc. with only 316 miles on the odometer. It occured on a Saturday afternoon during its first road trip. After pulling off onto the shoulder, I checked the fluid levels and the gas cap. My wife also checked the gas cap and then I checked it again.

Check Engine light, Traction Control light went solid-on, and emergency brake light and cruise control indicator started flashing. Haven’t tried replacing gas cap, but will be taking to dealer soon. With all the changes I’m glad I got the 09 Outback. I got to drive the 2011 with all the bells and whistles.
