The Arc’teryx Atom LT is a great jacket that excels at all of those things. Rarely do I find a jacket that has insulation to keep me warm AND the flexibility to support high intensity activities. The Atom LT is the perfect mid-layer. Best of all, the patented stretch technology means you are not hindered at all.
Does the Atom LT stretch?
The Atom LT is a rather thin, lightweight hybrid active layer that combines breathable insulation with stretch fleece panels on the sides for greater breathability.
What does LT mean arcteryx?
lightweight
LT is lightweight with minimalist design (such as no pockets), but still highly durable. SL is even lighter, sacrificing a bit of durability for better packability. LD is specifically designed for long-distance activities like trail running.
How do I clean my arcteryx Atom LT hoody?
Machine wash in lukewarm water. Turn the garment inside out and tumble dry at a low temperature. Do not bleach; avoid use of fabric softeners, do not iron or dry clean. For best results, launder garment with like-colours.
Is the Atom LT windproof?
The Atom LT is not a wind/waterproof jacket, but it’s quite wind and moisture resistant. Like most synthetic based insulated pieces, it’s perfect for both dry and moist conditions.
Can you put arcteryx atom in dryer?
For washing, we recommend that you hand wash your gloves or mitts with a mild detergent in warm water, and then hang to dry. Do not use a washing machine, tumble dryer or any type of wash-in treatments.
Can I put my arcteryx jacket in the dryer?
Put your garment in the machine, add cleaning agent and wash on medium heat (40°C/104°F) at permanent press or gentle cycle settings. Place your garment in the dryer on low heat (permanent press cycle) with two “dryer balls” or clean tennis balls to prevent the down from clumping and to help it regain its loft.
