Is Pentel a good brand for oil pastels?
Really nice selection of colors and fun to start with but the colors don’t blend well, too hard. This is a good starter set for kids but make them wear gloves when using. Still, using these colors has let me get a feel for what I really want in an oil pastel and what my next purchase must be.
