Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Six Flags St. Louis announced on August 17, 2020 that Fright Fest would temporarily be replaced by “Hallowfest” for the 2020 season, a reservations-only event with rides in the dark and “open-air” scare zones, and no haunted houses.

In compliance with St. Louis County mandates, masks are required indoors for ALL guests ages 5 and up at Six Flags St. Louis and Hurricane Harbor. Outdoors, guests and team members who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, are not required to wear masks (in accordance with guidance from the CDC and local and state recommendations).
