How to turn on Green Key on Honda TEC?

Why is the Green Key flashing on my Honda Accord?

What to do if your Green Key wont turn on?
If it doesn’t see the “OK start” signal it doesn’t start and the green key light in the dash flashes. In short there is no way to reset it. Try another key. If not, there is a way to bypass it shortly to get the car to a Honda dealership for reprogramming of a key or key replacement.
Is there a problem with my Honda immobilizer?
