190-200F is normal under light load. Up to 210F towing in heat with AC on. I’m a 2015 3.6 with heavy duty cooling. The 3.6 seems to come up to temp pretty quick according to the dummy gauge so I would suspect it wouldn’t even be an issue of short trips. It could also be an issue of maintaining proper temperature.
