There would be no way that I could have removed my fuel tank lock rings when replacing the two fuel sender switches in my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe. They were both stuck on so tight that it felt as though they were welded. Using a hammer and screwdriver to try to loosen would have only resulted in damaging the rings….or worse.
