How much does it cost to program a Mitsubishi PCM key?

For what it is worth, the cost to program your key to the new PCM is typically $45 at any Mitsubishi dealership. You do NOT want to have anyone else attempt to program the key with aftermarket programmers… this nearly always ends badly.

Is there anyway to bypass immobilizer ECU-JustAnswer?

For your over ride code, you will use 7677. Be aware that over ride codes are normally used with dummy metal keys (non immobilizer keys), and your key -may- create interference trying to do an over ride…. it may not, as you can use this on unprogrammed keys normally, but if it is resistant it may be a interference issue.

How can I check if my car supports a PCM?

To check and see if your vehicle supports this, look inside the glovebox for a white sticker applied to the sides of the glovebox with a serial number on it. If you have this sticker and it is readable, we can do a one-time start, however you will still need to take the car to a dealership to have the key programmed to the new PCM.

Is there a way to bypass the ECU?

There are ways to get around it depending on what your needs are…. all bypassing methods require the system to be functional however. You can not bypass it simply because there is a problem with it, it is too well integrated into the engine ECU for that. What is the purpose of bypassing it for you? Thanks.
