How much does a 4WD Mitsubishi Challenger cost?
Anyone got one of these , any thoughts? Seems they are a small (smaller than a Pajero / Landcruiser at least) 4WD that is actually true 4WD ie high range low range (not just AWD). Looks appealing due to its size and price, the top model automatic is around $45 000.
Why does my Mitsubishi Challenger 4WD light keep flashing?
I have a 2003 mitsubishi challenger 4wd. when I start the car, and its in standard drive, the green 4wd light flashes & doesn’t go off. when I put it in 4wd hi or low its stops flashing, but light won’t go out when its in standard drive. can you tell me what could be the prob? thanks . PS: had no product for challenger so just picked the outlander.

What was the problem with the Mitsubishi Challenger?
Huge problem with blowing black smoke and loss of power immediately after taking delivery purchased secondhand. Dealer refused refund. Fair Trading involved but useless. Dealers only seemed capable of putting on computer and reporting no fault. Months of dispute. .Still, thirstier than expected around 17 litres per 100 kms towing a lihht caravan.

Is the Mitsubishi Challenger the same as the Pajero?
Sold as a lower-cost option to the Mitsubishi Pajero, Challenger shared some features with its big brother. As it was developed over the years it moved upwards from those humble pickup beginnings and became a model in its own right.
