How do I stop my ATV from leaking gas?
Typically the problem of having your ATV leaking gas into the intake manifold is reserved to carbureted engines. When this occurs, it means the floats are stuck or you have a clogged jet. The solution to this problem is to clean the carburetor, fuel lines and supporting fuel system parts.
Is the air cleaner on my Honda ATV working?
Cleaned all again and put back together and it ran like a top, adjustment screw working idled good and no backfiring or stalling. before it was running very lean and was cold natured had to use the choke a long time until it got completely hot but not now. I drove it for 3 or 4 miles and all was good.

We have a 2005 Honda Rancher which has been running great. About 3 weeks ago, we noticed a gas leak on the floor. I looked underneath, and it was coming from the drain tube from the carburetor.

The oil level is correct, the bike sat over the winter but was crancked every month but maybe one or two. when I remove the air filter the bike will run, but the hose still blows oil out. I have cleaned the air filter, but it quickly coats wilt oil when the engine runs. Any suggestions on trouble shooting/repair needs.

So, we put the rear end up on jack stands, and started taking it apart. It took a couple of weeks for the new boot to come in and for the swing arm bolt tool to come in. Altogether, it was on jack stand for about 3 weeks.
