  1. Close all Windows applications.
  2. Download the zip file PGPCommandLine*.
  3. Unzip the file and the *.
  4. Open a command prompt as a local administrator.
  5. Install using msiexec.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  7. If prompted, restart your machine.
