The leaks were mainly around the driver’s A-pillar and the center console map light headliner. I brought it to the dealership to take a look at it and they said it was a clogged moonroof drain.

Either a seal (over the firewall weld) was not applied properly, or not applied at all. This was allowing water to enter the passenger compartment from around the gas pedal all the way to the rear seats.
