Are there any TPMS sensors on Kal tires?
Kal tires says new sensors are $150 each and not worth it. I’m not even sure if the car has sensors… it may have indirect TPMS – as it has the button for calibration AND I can’t find new sensors online anywhere. Option 3. Winter tires on existing wheels.

What happens to the TPMS if replacement rims don’t have?
If you do add the sensors (and you don’t own a touring model) you will need to keep having to reset the sensors everytime you change your wheel/tire set up. Not worth it IMO. Thanks. How are tire sensors used in Indirect TPMS?
Indirect TPMS uses the sensors related to the ABS system, which measure the relative speed of the four individual wheels. Using this data, they can determine if one wheel is turning more rapidly than the others, as would be the case if pressure – and thus the rolling radius of the tire – dropped.
