Can I lookup my CPR certification online?
To look up a certification or eCard you simply need to go to the AHA web page linked below and input your info to search. You can search using your first name, last name, and email address. You can also look up your eCard by searching with your eCard code directly, if you know it.
How do I check my CPR status?
If you want to find out whether your certification is still valid, you can call at CPR Select customer care, 866-610-8435. They will give you the information you need.

- You will receive an email from [email protected] with a link inviting you to claim your eCard online.

- Complete the survey on the course you just completed.

What if I cant find my CPR certification?
It is the responsibility of the AHA Training Center (where you received your CPR training) to issue a duplicate card if a card is lost, destroyed or otherwise becomes unusable. All requests for duplicate or replacement cards must be submitted directly to the Training Center that issued the original card.
Where can I find my BLS certification number?
The BLS certificate ID number can be found at the bottom of your digital certificate. The American Heart Association offers either a printed card on completion of a training course, or an eCard sent via email that contains a link to claim your digital card.

Go to redcross.org/take-a-class/digital-certificate to search by email, name or cert ID. Check the box next to the certificate(s), click on “view and print” to display the certificate and “print” to obtain a hard copy.

Class participants and employers can visit https://www.redcross.org/take-a-class/digital-certificate and enter the ID found on the digital certificate (or scan the QR code with a standard QR reader using a smart device) to access a copy of the valid certificate with student training information.
Is CPR and BLS the same?
Basic life support (BLS) includes CPR but is an overall higher level of medical care typically administered by public safety professionals, first responders, paramedics, healthcare providers, and qualified bystanders.
