Flammables can be shipped, but only in certain quantities. Perishables like oil, soup, and drinks need to reach their destination before they expire – if need be, pack them in ice or other materials that will keep them safe. You should always use sealed containers and padded packing materials.
Can you ship oil overseas?
International Shipping If a fragrance oil has a flashpoint of 200 degrees or more, it is not considered hazardous and can be shipped internationally. However, oil combined with alcohol or other hazardous materials is considered combustible and thus too flammable for air transport and international shipping.

How do I ship essential oils?
The shipping container must be clearly marked on the address side: “Surface Only” or “Surface Mail Only” and “ORM-D”. Fragrance oils with a flashpoint between 141 degrees and 200 degrees can be shipped via surface or air transportation. The same packaging requirements for ground transportation apply.
Can I send liquid through SingPost?

How do you ship fragrance oil?
To package the perfume oil, you must make sure that the amount being shipped weighs no more than one gallon per box. You must also pack the perfume oil in a metal container within the box. Ample bubble wrap or filler must be added to stabilize the items in the box and to try to prevent possible leakage.
